We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities.
Across our hotel, we are working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance from the Local Health Authority and the World Health Organization on hygiene and cleaning.
Our Health and Safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning specifications to guest rooms and common area cleaning procedures.
Specific steps we are taking as a company includes:
Adhering to social distancing guidance:
In our lobby, we are limiting the number of guests present at any one time. In this respect, distance zones have been marked to ensure that guests as well as employees are kept 2 meters apart.
Duty to wear masks and face coverings:
All employees are required to wear mouth and nose masks and we ask our guests to wear masks wherever possible.
Disinfectant dispensers are available at all entrance areas, including the Front Desk, the Beach Bar and Cafe Havana.
Comprehensive virus control and disinfection:
For all hotel areas, the already high cleaning standards were revised and supplemented by additional disinfection measures and strict rules of conduct are sign posted across the compound.
Where possible, we encourage our guests to pay by debit or credit card on site or book on our website and pay directly online.You will receive the invoice conveniently by e-mail as a PDF file and only need to pick up your prepared room card at the Front Desk.
Café Havana restaurant & “breakfast to go“:
Our service in Café Havana is currently restricted by official regulations.Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to offer a buffet breakfast service in the morning.
Instead, we will provide an Á la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner service which we will serve at tables in the restaurant (please note, all tables are clearly demarcated 6 feet apart for your safety).
Alternatively, we are happy to pack our “breakfast-to-go” for you.
