We cater for small and large wedding ceremonies and receptions whether it is just the two of you in an intimate ceremony on our secluded beach or a lavish banquet for up to 120 people.
There are number of locations including the beach, the pool and one of our two restaurants suitable for the wedding ceremony and reception at Bacolet Beach Club and Half Moon Blue.

Important Notes
We are happy to assist in organising for a number of services from the wedding cake and beautician to photographers and entertainment or anything else you may need assistance with on this special occasion.
Please note that Trinidad and Tobago legislation requires 3 days residency after date of arrival in the country prior to applying for the Marriage License and the ceremony can take place 24 hours after obtaining the license i.e. if you arrive in Trinidad and Tobago on 1st of March you will be able to marry on 6th of March.

CEREMONY REQUIREMENTS
- Plan ahead to ensure a wonderful wedding experience – documentation required include:
- (6 months minimum validity)
- Birth certificate
- Any relevant documentation you hold which is in any language other than English must be officially translated and be accompanied by the original.
- In case one of you is under 18 years of age on the date of your marriage and will not be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian: An affidavit granting permission for the wedding to take place is required from the parent or legal guardian. This must be prepared and sworn in the UK prior to your date of travel.
- In case one of you is divorced: Decree Absolute is required. This document must clearly show the court stamp.
- In case one of you is widowed: the former marriage certificate and death certificate of the spouse is required.
- In case one of you has been adopted: Adoption papers need to be produced has been adopted: Adoption papers need to be produced.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
You must be a resident in Tobago for 3 days (excluding date of arrival) before you can apply for a marriage license. We recommend you allow yourselves 4 – 5 days to make the necessary arrangements comfortably.
CEREMONY DETAILS
Ceremonies are primarily arranged on weekdays, with some Saturdays being confirmed, and are conducted by a Minister.
WITNESSES
The law requires at least two witnesses being present at the ceremony. We can assist you with providing witnesses if necessary.
